Texas High School Volleyball - Bridge City can't hold off Vidor

In Friday's league battle, the host Vidor Pirates volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Bridge City Cardinals.

The Pirates (15-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lumberton (Lumberton, TX). The Raiders come into the 4A Region III District 19 battle with a 24-12 record.

Next, the Cardinals clash with the Lumberton Raiders (Lumberton, TX) in a 4A Region III District 19 battle, on Tuesday, October 17. Bridge City will attempt to advance on its 24-6 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 24-12 record after their 3-2 league win over Little Cypress-Mauriceville (Orange, TX).
