Texas High School Volleyball - DeSoto Lake Ridge

In Friday's league battle, the host Lake Ridge Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the DeSoto Eagles.

The Eagles (24-16) will now prepare for their battle against Mansfield (Mansfield, TX). The Tigers come into the 6A Region II District 11 battle with a 27-11 record. In their last battle, Mansfield achieved victory over Duncanville (Duncanville, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Waxahachie Indians (Waxahachie, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 battle, on Tuesday, October 18. DeSoto will attempt to advance on its 18-14 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 34-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX).
