The DeSoto Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Lake Ridge Eagles to 1 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now possess a 14-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waxahachie for a 6A Region II District 11 test on Friday, September 23. DeSoto will confront a Indians team coming off a 3-0 league win over Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX). The Indians record now stands at 27-10.

The Eagles (21-12) will now prepare for their test against Mansfield (Mansfield, TX). The Tigers enter the 6A Region II District 11 test with a 21-10 record. In their last test, Mansfield gained a win over Duncanville (Duncanville, TX), 3-0, in a league test.
