The Wildcats (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Gretna (Gretna, VA). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Gretna was beaten by Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs clash with the Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 15. Martinsville will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Comets come into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Northern Durham (Durham, NC).
