With the win, Manchester improves its record to 4-8 on the season. The Lancers travel to Thomas Dale (Chester, VA) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Monday, October 20. The Knights go into the test with a record of 2-5.

The Skyhawks now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Monacan for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 16. L.C. Bird will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-13.
