With the win, George C. Marshall improves its record to 13-10 on the season. The Statesmen host Langley (McLean, VA) to face the Saxons in a Liberty challenge on Thursday, October 16. The Saxons come into the challenge with a record of 16-3. Langley won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Yorktown (Arlington, VA)

Next, the Generals meet the Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 16. Washington-Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Chantilly (Chantilly, VA).
