In Tuesday's league match, the Southmoreland Scotties (Alverton, PA) volleyball squad prevailed the host Neighborhood Academy Bulldogs (Pittsburgh, PA), by a count of 3-0.
Next up, the Scotties confront the Burrell Bucs (Lower Burrell, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 16. Southmoreland will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Bucs come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA).
