North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hibriten crushed by Ashe County

In Tuesday's league match, the Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC) volleyball squad prevailed the host Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Huskies battle the Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) in a Northwestern 3A/4A match, on Thursday, October 17. Ashe County will attempt to move on its 17-1 season record. The Pioneers enter the match with a 8-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC).

The Panthers (9-10) will now prepare for their match against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC). The Spartans enter the Northwestern 3A/4A match with a 11-8 record. In their last match, South Caldwell was outscored by Watauga (Boone, NC), 3-1, in a league match.
