North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hibriten bounced by Ashe County

The Hibriten Panthers volleyball squad (Lenoir, NC), was defeated 3-0 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC)

With the win, Ashe County improves its record to 12-1 on the season. The Huskies host Freedom (Morganton, NC) to encounter the Patriots in a Northwestern 3A/4A battle on Wednesday, September 18. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 3-9.

The Panthers now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watauga for a Northwestern 3A/4A battle on Wednesday, September 18. Hibriten will encounter a Pioneers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-6.
