Riverbend Bears (Fredericksburg, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Brooke Point Black Hawks (Stafford, VA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Riverbend improves its record to 11-11 on the season. The Bears travel to Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA) to encounter the Panthers in a Commonwealth test on Thursday, October 17. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 17-7. Massaponax won 3-0 in their recent league test against Stafford (Falmouth, VA)

The Black Hawks now own a 2-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Stafford for a Commonwealth test on Monday, October 21. Brooke Point will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 19-4.
