In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Grants Pass Cavemen volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Willamette Wolverines.
The Cavemen (6-12) will now prepare for their challenge against South Eugene (Eugene, OR). The Axe enter the 6A Southwest challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, South Eugene beat Roseburg (Roseburg, OR), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Wolverines meet the Roseburg Indians (Roseburg, OR) in a 6A Southwest challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Willamette will attempt to upgrade on its 1-16 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to South Eugene (Eugene, OR).
