With the win, Grants Pass improves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Cavemen travel to Oregon City (Oregon City, OR) to face the Pioneers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 7-2. Oregon City won 3-0 in their recent league test against Tualatin (Tualatin, OR)

The Wolverines now own a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roseburg for a 6A Southwest test on Monday, September 23. Willamette will face a Indians squad coming off a 3-2 league win over South Eugene (Eugene, OR). The Indians record now stands at 3-5.
