The Scott County Cardinals volleyball squad (Georgetown, KY), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Lexington Catholic Knights (Lexington, KY)

With the win, Lexington Catholic improves its record to 22-5 on the season.

The Cardinals now own a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paul Laurence Dunbar for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 17. Scott County will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 21-8.
