Kentucky High School Volleyball - Lexington Catholic over Scott County

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Lexington Catholic Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Scott County Cardinals.

The Knights (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin County (Frankfort, KY). The Flyers come into the non-league challenge with a 18-1 record. In their last challenge, Franklin County beat Lafayette (Lexington, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Ballard Bruins (Louisville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Scott County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bullitt Central (Shepherdsville, KY).
