The Yorktown Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host McLean Highlanders to 2 in the Patriots league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now have a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Washington-Liberty for a Liberty outing on Wednesday, October 23. Yorktown will play a Generals team coming off a 3-2 league win over Herndon (Herndon, VA). The Generals record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, McLean drops to 6-10 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA) to play the Statesmen in a Liberty outing on Thursday, October 17.
