Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Falmouth over St. John Paul II

Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Falmouth Clippers (Falmouth, MA) and the host St. John Paul II Lions (Hyannis, MA), observed Falmouth's volleyball team top St. John Paul II by a count of 3-1.

The Clippers (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Dennis-Yarmouth Regional (South Yarmouth, MA). The Dolphins enter the Cape and Islands- Atlantic contest with a 8-9 record. In their last battle, Dennis-Yarmouth Regional achieved victory over Danvers (Danvers, MA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

The Lions now own a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nauset Regional for a Cape and Islands- Atlantic battle on Friday, October 17. St. John Paul II will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Barnstable (Hyannis, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 8-7.
