Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Marple Newtown over Lower Merion

The Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Lower Merion Aces to 1 in the Fightin' Tigers league win on Wednesday.

Next up, the Fightin' Tigers confront the Bayard Rustin Golden Knights (West Chester, PA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 16. Marple Newtown will attempt to better on its 10-9 season record. The Golden Knights come into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 3-1 league win over Great Valley (Malvern, PA).

With the loss, Lower Merion drops to 10-11 on the campaign. The Aces travel to Academy at Palumbo (Philadelphia, PA) to clash with the Griffin in a non-league bout on Friday, October 17. The Griffin come into the bout with a record of 12-2. Academy at Palumbo won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Central (Philadelphia, PA)
