In Wednesday's league match, the Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA) volleyball squad overcame the host Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers (Newtown Square, PA), by a count of 3-1.

Next, the Aces battle the Upper Merion Area Vikings (King of Prussia, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 13. Lower Merion will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 5-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA).

Next, the Fightin' Tigers battle the Garnet Valley Jaguars (Glen Mills, PA) in a Central contest, on Monday, September 15. Marple Newtown will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Ridley (Folsom, PA).
