The Union City Indians volleyball squad (Union City, IN), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Randolph Southern Rebels (Lynn, IN)

With the win, Randolph Southern improves its record to 8-18 on the season. The Rebels travel to Monroe Central (Parker City, IN) to encounter the Golden Bears in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 18. The Golden Bears go into the battle with a record of 11-19.
