With the victory, South Umpqua moves its record to 9-9 on the year. The Lancers travel to Douglas (Winston, OR) to battle the Trojans in a 3A Far West contest on Tuesday, October 21. The Trojans enter the contest with a record of 12-4. Douglas lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Churchill (Eugene, OR)

Next, the Vikings battle the Hidden Valley Mustangs (Grants Pass, OR) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 18. Siuslaw will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Mustangs go into the battle with a 2-15 record after their 3-1 league loss to Phoenix (Phoenix, OR).
