The Louisa County Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Charlottesville Black Knights to 1 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fluvanna County for a Jefferson game on Thursday, October 19. Louisa County will meet a Flying Flucos team coming off a 3-0 league win over Orange County (Orange, VA). The Flying Flucos record now stands at 14-4.

The Black Knights (6-11) will now prepare for their game against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots enter the Jefferson game with a 16-4 record. In their last game, Albemarle gained a win over Monticello (Charlottesville, VA), 3-1, in a league game.
