Texas High School Volleyball - Liberty over Independence

October 17, 2023: Frisco, TX 75035

In Tuesday's league contest, the Liberty Redhawks (Frisco, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the host Independence Knights (Frisco, TX), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Redhawks battle the Walnut Grove Wildcats (Prosper, TX) in a contest, on Friday, October 20. Liberty will attempt to better on its 30-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 16-19 record after their 3-1 league win over Heritage (Frisco, TX).

With the loss, Independence drops to 15-19 on the campaign. The Knights host Lebanon Trail (Frisco, TX) to battle the Trail Blazers in a 5A Region II District 10 contest on Friday, October 20. The Trail Blazers come into the contest with a record of 16-13. Lebanon Trail lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Centennial (Frisco, TX)
