Texas High School Volleyball - Liberty over Independence

September 22, 2023: Frisco, TX 75035

In Friday's league contest, the Liberty Redhawks (Frisco, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Independence Knights (Frisco, TX), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Redhawks battle the Walnut Grove Wildcats (Prosper, TX) in a contest, on Tuesday, September 26. Liberty will attempt to better on its 23-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 13-15 record after their 3-1 league win over Heritage (Frisco, TX).

With the loss, Independence drops to 13-14 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lebanon Trail (Frisco, TX) to battle the Trail Blazers in a 5A Region II District 10 contest on Tuesday, September 26. The Trail Blazers come into the contest with a record of 11-11. Lebanon Trail won 3-1 in their recent league contest against Centennial (Frisco, TX)
