Maryland High School Volleyball - Mountain Ridge can't get by Northern

Northern Huskies (Accident, MD) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Mountain Ridge Miners (Frostburg, MD), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Northern improves its record to 12-2 on the season. The Huskies travel to Southern (Oakland, MD) to face the Rams in a Appalachian Mountain test on Thursday, October 24. The Rams go into the test with a record of 5-7.

The Miners now own a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Allegany for a Appalachian Mountain test on Monday, October 21.
