Texas High School Football - Mesquite tipped by Skyline

The Mesquite Skeeters football team (Mesquite, TX), was tipped 13-10 in Friday's league bout with the host Skyline Raiders (Dallas, TX)

With the win, Skyline advances its record to 1-5 on the season. The Raiders travel to Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX) to confront the Indians in a 6A Region II District 11 contest on Friday, October 24. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 5-1. Waxahachie won 35-0 in their recent league battle against Cedar Hill (Cedar Hill, TX)

The Skeeters now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Lancaster for a 6A Region II District 11 battle on Friday, October 24. Mesquite will play a Tigers team coming off a 35-10 league loss to Duncanville (Duncanville, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 3-4.
