The Palmer Bulldogs volleyball squad (Palmer, TX), dropped 3-0 in Friday's league battle with the host Blooming Grove Lions (Blooming Grove, TX)

With the win, Blooming Grove upgrades its record to 20-13 on the year. The Lions travel to Keene (Keene, TX) to meet the Chargers in a 3A Region III District 18 contest on Tuesday, October 21. The Chargers enter the contest with a record of 11-12. Keene won 3-2 in their recent league contest against Maypearl (Maypearl, TX)

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Scurry-Rosser Wildcats (Scurry, TX) in a 3A Region III District 18 contest, on Tuesday, October 21. Palmer will attempt to upgrade on its 24-11 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 27-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Rice (Rice, TX).
