Texas High School Volleyball - Blooming Grove Palmer

Palmer Bulldogs (Palmer, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Blooming Grove Lions (Blooming Grove, TX), 3-1 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs (21-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX). The Wildcats come into the 3A Region III District 18 challenge with a 22-6 record. In their last challenge, Scurry-Rosser beat Rice (Rice, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions face the Keene Chargers (Keene, TX) in a 3A Region III District 18 test, on Friday, September 26. Blooming Grove will attempt to advance on its 16-11 season record. The Chargers go into the test with a 9-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Maypearl (Maypearl, TX).
