The Palestine Wildcats were victorious over the host Center Roughriders volleyball team by a tally of 3-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Wildcats now have a 21-16 record. They play next when they host Hudson for a 4A Region III District 17 outing on Tuesday, October 21. Palestine will play a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Bullard (Bullard, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 18-20.

With the loss, Center drops to 7-23 on the season. The Roughriders travel to Madisonville (Madisonville, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a 4A Region III District 17 game on Tuesday, October 21. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 32-8. Madisonville won 3-0 in their recent league game against Rusk (Rusk, TX)
