The South Houston Trojans volleyball squad (South Houston, TX), dropped 3-0 in Friday's league battle with the host Dobie Longhorns (Houston, TX)

With the win, Dobie improves its record to 15-15 on the season. The Longhorns host Sam Rayburn (Pasadena, TX) to encounter the Texans in a 6A Region III District 22 battle on Tuesday, October 21. The Texans go into the battle with a record of 3-19. Sam Rayburn lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Dawson (Pearland, TX)

Next, the Trojans battle the Pasadena Memorial Mavericks (Pasadena, TX) in a 6A Region III District 22 contest, on Tuesday, October 21. South Houston will attempt to move on its 7-35 season record. The Mavericks enter the contest with a 12-23 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pearland (Pearland, TX).
