North Carolina High School Volleyball - Polk County over Hendersonville

In Tuesday's league contest, the Polk County Wolverines (Columbus, NC) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Hendersonville Bearcats (Hendersonville, NC), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Wolverines battle the Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC) in a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A contest, on Wednesday, October 19. Polk County will attempt to better on its 21-2 season record. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a 18-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Patton (Morganton, NC).

With the loss, Hendersonville drops to 7-13 on the campaign.
