Next up, the Greyhounds battle the East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 19. North Surry will attempt to better on its 12-11 season record. The Cardinals come into the contest with a 20-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over North Wilkes (Hays, NC).

With the loss, Surry Central drops to 10-11 on the campaign. The Golden eagles host East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC) to battle the Cardinals in a Foothills 2A contest on Thursday, October 20.
