Michigan High School Volleyball - St. Philip Catholic Central can't get by Pennfield

The Pennfield Panthers edged the visiting St. Philip Catholic Central Fighting Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Panthers now possess a 22-13 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest for a Inner State outing on Wednesday, October 22. Pennfield will play a Mounties team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Western (Parma, MI). The Mounties record now stands at 2-18.
With the loss, St. Philip Catholic Central drops to 20-14 on the campaign. The Fighting tigers host Colon (Colon, MI) to play the Magi in a Southern Central outing on Tuesday, October 21. The Magi come into the outing with a record of 19-14.
