The Pennfield Panthers edged the visiting St. Philip Catholic Central Fighting Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Chelsea Bulldogs (Chelsea, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Pennfield will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 12-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Tecumseh (Tecumseh, MI).

The Fighting Tigers (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Plainwell (Plainwell, MI). The Trojans come into the non-league outing with a 6-7 record.
