The Randolph-Henry Statesmen volleyball team (Charlotte Court House, VA), went down 3-0 in Monday's league challenge with the host Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA)

The Knights (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA). The Chargers come into the James River challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Lunenburg Central went down by Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Statesmen encounter the Cumberland Dukes (Cumberland, VA) in a James River challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Randolph-Henry will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Dukes come into the challenge with a 3-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA).
