The CHAMPS Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Valley Oaks CES Vanguards to 2 in the Panthers league victory on Monday.

The Panthers now have a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Triumph Charter for a North Valley game on Wednesday, October 4. CHAMPS will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Lakeview Charter (Sylmar, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 19-9.

The Vanguards (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Triumph Charter (Sylmar, CA). The Jaguars enter the North Valley game with a 21-9 record. In their last game, Triumph Charter nipped Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
