The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the CHAMPS Panthers (Van Nuys, CA) and the visiting Valley Oaks CES Vanguards (Sun Valley, CA), saw CHAMPS's volleyball squad beat Valley Oaks CES by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, CHAMPS upgrades its record to 1-4 on the year. The Panthers host Magnolia Science Academy Reseda (Reseda, CA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Monday, September 18. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-2.

The Vanguards now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Triumph Charter for a North Valley bout on Wednesday, September 20.
