North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Lincoln over Statesville

In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting North Lincoln Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Statesville Greyhounds.

The Knights (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Mustangs come into the Western Foothills 3A challenge with a 10-11 record. In their last challenge, East Lincoln was beaten by Hickory (Hickory, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Greyhounds meet the Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) in a Western Foothills 3A challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Statesville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Red Tornadoes come into the challenge with a 15-2 record after their 3-0 league win over East Lincoln (Denver, NC).
