Virginia High School Volleyball - Poquoson New Kent

The New Kent Trojans were victorious over the visiting Poquoson Islanders volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 12-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lafayette for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 7. New Kent will clash with a Rams team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Warhill (Williamsburg, VA). The Rams record now stands at 4-8.

The Islanders (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Tabb (Yorktown, VA). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 9-2 record.
