Missouri High School Softball - Oak Park bounces Central

In Thursday's league match, the host Oak Park Northmen softball team scored a tight 9-2 victory over the Central Indians.
The Northmen (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Park Hill (Kansas City, MO). The Trojans enter the Class 4 District 16 game with a 6-2 record.
The Indians now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Staley for a Class 4 District 16 match on Saturday, October 4. Central will battle a Falcons team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Blue Springs South (Blue Springs, MO). The Falcons record now stands at 12-11.
