The Ballard Memorial Bombers (Barlow, KY) volleyball defeated the visiting Community Christian Warriors (Paducah, KY), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.

With the win, Ballard Memorial improves its record to 21-7 on the season. The Bombers host Paducah Tilghman (Paducah, KY) to encounter the Blue Tornado in a non-league battle on Monday, October 13. The Blue Tornado go into the battle with a record of 5-13.

The Warriors now own a 6-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McCracken County for a District 2 battle on Tuesday, October 14. Community Christian will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY). The Mustangs record now stands at 20-6.
