The Waubay/Summit Mustangs held off the host Waverly/South Shore Coyotes volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Friday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 2-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Florence/Henry for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 24. Waubay/Summit will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Webster (Webster, SD). The Falcons record now stands at 18-10.

The Coyotes (4-22) will now prepare for their test against Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD). The Wambdi enter the non-league test with a 6-18 record. In their last test, Tiospa Zina was nudged by Sisseton (Sisseton, SD), 3-0, in a league test.
