The Waverly/South Shore Coyotes topped the host Waubay/Summit Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Coyotes now have a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clark/Willow Lake for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. Waverly/South Shore will confront a Cyclones team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Webster (Webster, SD). The Cyclones record now stands at 2-6.

The Mustangs (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Milbank (Milbank, SD). The Bulldogs enter the A Region 1 test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Milbank was knocked off by Hamlin (Hayti, SD), 3-0, in a non-league test.
