Virginia High School Volleyball - Meadowbrook L.C. Bird

L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) followers went home happy Monday as they observed their volleyball squad beat the host Meadowbrook Monarchs (Richmond, VA), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Skyhawks confront the Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA) in a Dominion bout, on Tuesday, October 21. L.C. Bird will attempt to better on its 3-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Manchester (Midlothian, VA).

With the loss, Meadowbrook drops to 5-12 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Hopewell (Hopewell, VA) to clash with the Blue Devils in a Central bout on Tuesday, October 21. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 1-11. Hopewell lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA)
