The Burnet Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Gateway College Preparatory Gators to 1 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 24-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jarrell for a 4A Region III District 24 game on Tuesday, October 25. Burnet will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Lampasas (Lampasas, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 16-18.

The Gators (19-8) will now prepare for their game against Lago Vista (Lago Vista, TX). The Vikings enter the 4A Region III District 24 game with a 19-22 record. In their last game, Lago Vista defeated Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
