The Hallsville Bobcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pine Tree Pirates to 0 in the Bobcats league victory on Friday.

The Bobcats now have a 33-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshall for a 5A Region II District 15 game on Tuesday, October 25. Hallsville will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Longview (Longview, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 20-21.

The Pirates (22-19) will now prepare for their game against Longview (Longview, TX). The Lobos enter the 5A Region II District 15 game with a 22-15 record. In their last game, Longview gained a win over Marshall (Marshall, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
