Connecticut High School Volleyball - Valley Regional over North Branford

October 21, 2022: Deep River, CT 06417

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) and the visiting North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT), saw Valley Regional's volleyball squad beat North Branford by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Valley Regional upgrades its record to 10-7 on the year. The Warriors travel to Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT) to play the Blue Devils in a Shoreline bout on Monday, October 24. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Coginchaug Regional won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT)

The Thunderbirds now own a 5-12 record. They play next when they host East Hampton for a Shoreline bout on Monday, October 24. North Branford will play a Bellringers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT). The Bellringers record now stands at 13-2.
