The Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX) volleyball knocked off the visiting Gainesville Leopards (Gainesville, TX), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bobcats now possess a 18-23 record. They take the field next when they travel to Aubrey for a 4A Region II District 9 match on Friday, October 24. Celina will battle a Chaparrals squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Sanger (Sanger, TX). The Chaparrals record now stands at 40-2.

The Leopards (0-29) will now prepare for their match against Richland (Prosper, TX). The Raiders enter the 4A Region II District 9 match with a 16-16 record. In their last match, Richland was outscored by Panther Creek (Frisco, TX), 3-1, in a league match.
