Texas High School Volleyball - Gainesville overwhelmed by Celina

The Celina Bobcats topped the host Gainesville Leopards volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's league game.

Next up, the Bobcats face the Aubrey Chaparrals (Aubrey, TX) in a 4A Region II District 9 game, on Tuesday, September 30. Celina will attempt to advance on its 12-22 season record. The Chaparrals go into the game with a 33-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Sanger (Sanger, TX).

The Leopards (0-22) will now prepare for their game against Richland (Prosper, TX). The Raiders go into the 4A Region II District 9 game with a 13-12 record. In their last game, Richland gained a win over Panther Creek (Frisco, TX), 3-2, in a league game.
