In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Marist Spartans volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Junction City Tigers.
With the win, Marist advances its record to 20-1 on the season. The Spartans travel to North Bend (North Bend, OR) to face the Bulldogs in a 4A Sky Em test on Thursday, October 23. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 3-14. North Bend lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR)
The Tigers now sport a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Marshfield for a 4A Sky Em outing on Thursday, October 23. Junction City will play a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Churchill (Eugene, OR). The Pirates record now stands at 11-8.
