The North Branford Thunderbirds volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Cromwell Panthers to 0 in the Thunderbirds league victory on Friday.

The Thunderbirds now have a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Haven for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 27. North Branford will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Hand (Madison, CT). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-14.

The Panthers (0-18) will now prepare for their game against New London (New London, CT). The Whalers enter the non-league game with a 12-4 record. In their last game, New London gained a win over Amistad (New Haven, CT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
